Overtime on Non-Worked Hours

Looking to get some feedback from my West Michigan colleagues in regards to how they are handling overtime and non-worked hours. Do you offer overtime on non-worked hours (vacation, holiday, etc.)?

Most of my clients do not pay overtime on paid time off. Employees need to work over 40 hours before overtime. Per wage and hour overtime is based on time worked over 40 hours is a week

For the most part we do include any paid non-worked hours towards overtime, though not legally bound to do so.
