Please join us on December 7th when Sam Gilbertson, Attorney at Law with Willis Law will present How to Handle the Garnishment Process.  This is an area as payroll professionals we have challenges.  We are deciphering court orders, tax levies and child supports and we always ask... what takes priority over what.  Along with juggling breaking the bad news to employees that their wages are about to be garnished.
